In addition to any other powers it may
have, the Council shall have the power to
grant Waivers from the setback requirements
of the Building Regulations upon application
by an interested person. With respect to
the lot for which a Waiver is sought, the
term "interested person" includes
any owner, contract purchaser or authorized
agent of the owner or contract purchaser.
